To better implement the policy of boosting domestic demand as required by the central government and better cope with the ongoing international financial crisis, the city of Ningbo has drawn up 12 measures lately. The 12 measures include speeding up the building of houses, the construction of major infrastructural facilities, building of key industrial projects, development of key functional zones of the city, the building of new countryside and advancing energy conservation and reduction of pollution and ecological development.
